I love the scent of this and how it keeps me fresh but on a heavy work out day or when I'm very sweaty, it doesn't keep the freshness that well. Fine for the everyday, you may want to consider something else if you sweat a lot. It does keep you dry... +

This really does taste exactly like getting w cup to go from the drive through so it works for weekdays and is more cost effective. If I want a treat, I still go to Starbucks but for day to day, this does the trick.

Like I said, I love coconut water. This case can often be found at Costco but I prefer to purchase when there's an offer on it. The single serve makes it very convenient and I love that it's not from concentrate.

I love coconut water, it's a great alternative to break up your day rather than drinking litres of plain water. This particular brand has only 11g per 250ml and isn't overly sweet. It also doesn't taste enhanced or synthetic which is very important... +
