Scentsy - Cedar Cider

I would have never even thought to mix together the scent of apple cider and a cedar tree farm but someone at Scentsy did and what a wonderful surprise! I was hesitate at first to order this bar but I am sure glad I did!
When I have it in my warmer fall/winter I sit and picture a snowy Christmas tree farm with families picking out their Christmas trees and children running around between the trees and once the tree is cut and tied away for travel, families gather around a fire outside the wood barn and sip on some hot apple cider and mingle with friends and family who also have chosen their perfect Christmas tree.

I also use it for all my pet cleaning needs at home and in the rescue.
The time I realized this product was amazing and the real deal was when I accidentally left a plastic dish on a hot burner on the stove, and the whole house smelled of burnt plastic. (Gross!) lucky, it was the summer and I sprayed Nok-Out all over the house and went outside for 15-20 mins and when I returned the house smelled normal again!

Over the past two years Border City Cakes has graciously donated dozens of cupcakes for our Animal rescue bake sales. And I finally think its time to put her name out there EVERYWHERE I can think of. Not only is she truly a generous person donating her time, and cupcakes for the animals, she truly loves her job!
Over the time I have known Border City cakes, I watched her work through social media and in person, at a wedding and birthday party which used her bakery, the design, detail, taste, all taken into account her cakes and cupcakes are magical. Almost, life like, when it comes down the those who design call for it. I was almost floored recently by a turtle cake she created. It could have been a live turtle on her cake board. The cupcakes she donated for our Christmas bake sale this past weekend were gingerbread, with eggnog cream frosting. I am not a huge fan of soft gingerbread, as I find it way over powering, coming from a German background, I like my gingerbread a certain way, and I also not a huge fan of egg nog. Since this was a Border City cupcake, I HAD to try one anyways. AMAZING!!!! For two combinations I would normally not think to eat, I LOVED!!!! The soft gingerbread cupcake was balanced correctly spice wise, and just a hint of egg nog in the cream frosting did not bother me, put the two together for a great Christmas cupcake combination.
Anyone, from Windsor, Ontario looking for a cake for any occasion or cupcakes as well. Look no further then Border City Cakes she will be making my upcoming wedding cake for sure!

I work in the pet industry at a pet speciality store which does not sell this product line, and I go out my way to buy it at competitor, if this tells you how much I love this food.
My girl was diagnosed with Addison's disease about a year and half ago now, and with being on the prednisone every day, a lot of other health issues popped up. One being a weird skin issue that was puzzling the vet's she visited. While being frustrated not getting answers from my vet, I started to do my own research. I decided to take potatoes out of her diet, and I easily found a food at my store with no potato and I feed it to her for a few months with no improvement. After those few months, I started to research again and wanted to take tapioca out of her diet. That was challenging to find a no potato, no tapioca food at my store. I did some research, after always being asked if we sold the Orijen food line, and found the Tundra formula which is chalk full of meaty proteins which my girl loves, plus fish which will give some extra oils to help with the skin.
After feeding this food for a few months now, her skin issue is finally clearing up!!!! I am so happy!
Great quality pet food! I would never hesitate to feed it!

I received the Dove original beauty cream bar free as a product sample through chick advisor and was I ever impressed.
As soon as my package arrived in the mail you could smell the scent right through the shipping package and I must admit I was slightly turned off with such a strong scent, as I do not normally go for such. Once I used the cream bar though I did not find the scent to be strong enough to bother me, it was just the right strength to last a few hours after showering.
The bar lathered up rather nicely, and I did not feel like I had to scrub and lather for a long amount of time, I find some cheaper soap products require. I had my father try the bar as well after he came in from working on the farm, and he found the bar to be the only hand soap that comes close to getting to any grease off his hands, as he usually has to use dish soap.
The overall effectiveness of the bar was great, and since it did not give me any skin irritations which I can frequently have, I will consider switching to the dove beauty cream bar, and will definately be recommending it to family and friends.
