When it comes to the best running sports bras on the market, there are plenty of different options to choose from. One sports bra that ticks a lot of my boxes is this Nike Swoosh bra.I’ve been running in the Nike Swoosh sports bra for nearly ten years (not the same bra, as experts recommend you change this every few months, or around every 30-40 washes) and I’m still a fan. With a C cup, I find this has just the right amount of compression for me and is tight enough to keep things in place, while still being stretchy enough to not make getting it off at the end of the run difficult. -

These shoes are incredibly comfortable and almost have a little bounce to them when you walk. There was no breaking in period, they were just comfortable and fit well from the start.
The front, toe area is just a fabric material with no other rubber or thicker structure which makes them breathable and means nothing rubs or causes friction in the toe area.
