Anywhere you can get added fiber into your day is fantastic.
This would be great in the morning, as a snack or in the kids lunches.

I get pretty wicked headaches and have tried a lot of pain relievers but have found the only thing that ever helps me is Advil Migraine.
When I tried the Tylenol Rapid Release Gels I found it worked pretty good but unfortunately I think I will probably stick with the Advil since it didn't totally get rid of my headache.
If you don't get very bad headaches this would work great for you.

I love how thick the ivory body wash is. I can't get enough of the clean and fresh scent. It is the only bodywash I can use in the winter because of my eczema. I love that it is so soft on skin that even our toddler can use it!
