The worst , in treating customers and shipping orders. after being a 13 years customer I still get this kind of response, disgusting. I made order in Dec 2019, order received and entered in their system Dec 20, 2019. and my cheque cashed as well...   +

The worst , in treating customers and shipping orders. after being a 13 years customer I still get this kind of response, disgusting.

I made order in Dec 2019, order received and entered in their system Dec 20, 2019.
and my cheque cashed as well. But they shipped this on January 10th 2020.
no apologies nothing ,
when I called(waiting to be connected 30 mins) and ask about this, the person on the other side doesn't want to hear complain, disconnect my call.
Also previous to this order wrong product sent and when I called , they ask me to ship it back, then they will ship the right one : ()
strongly advising to avoid this company products. Do not support this attitude to grow.    -
