Domt go to their salon in the market mall ,calgary!!... The manager isnt even a hais stylist amd knows nothing about hair( self confessed). I got 2 bad cuts and 1 bad colour from them. I only went back as they offered to fix it .. And in fairness...   +

I only went back as they offered to fix it .. And in fairness the second time they did .... I complained tomthere central nooking line and they put me in contact with the regional director , as the salon manager basicaly said i was lying!.. I have the pictures of my hair .... It was awful. Oh , nad the regional manager never had the decemcy to call me !?.. Never ever using them again.    -
