McCain Deep 'n Delicious Vanilla Cake
I've like this cake since I was a child. Although I think it needs less cake and thinker icing. But, that's cause the icing is my favourite part. It's simply delicious.

Nature's Bounty Iron Plus
I chose these as I trust this brand. I always have low iron and require a supplement. I tent to get constipated though with all iron supplements regardless of type. Even slow release. So, I try to take them every other day and that works for me.

Both my son (15) and I use this on occasion, when either of us have trouble falling asleep. The doctor recommended trying it. Started with 5mg and then went up to 10 because 5 didn't work. 10 works well to put us to sleep. It doesn't keep you asleep... +

Started with 5mg and then went up to 10 because 5 didn't work. 10 works well to put us to sleep. It doesn't keep you asleep all night though. I tend to wake about 4-6 hours later, my son stays asleep all night. I'm much happier to use a natural sleep aid. These are great to use once in a while. -

Well, after a good trial (2 months or so) I really noticed that I was perspireing more than usual, and boy did I stink!! I ditched these and bought a natural deodorant 2 days ago, and I can't believe it- my odour is gone! It was dove. It's never coming back to my house again. -

Burts Bees has been one of my favs for many years, I prefer more natural ingredients. They are more costly, but last longer. I try to stick to the more plain ones as they seem to be more effective (beeswax/honey) good for your lips!

Special K Red Berries Cereal
I love how the strawberries taste rather fresh (like dehydrated) instead of strawberry type candies or something fake. Most of the time I pour the cereal into a small container and take it "to go" for a dry snack. Just enough sweetness.
