I buy the Medium roast with the red label. I got the Kcups once and decided to try the grounds and they were both really good. I use 1/3 cup per 12 cup pot and it has a great flavor when drinking black. It also still have amazing flavor when using cream of any kind (as I drink a lot of holiday flavored creamer then drink black coffee the rest of the year). When using cream you can still "feel" the coffee instead of it "feeling" like it's watered down which happens with other kinds of coffee sometimes. I would compare it to Starbucks grounds and would say this is much better. -

They can be used over and over as long as you wash them shortly after use. They keep food fresh in the fridge for a good amount of time. Do not seal up warm food (obviously). Keep the top loose until the food cools down then snap it shut -
