Didn't work for me. Maybe it's because I have minimal blackheads, but I expected at least something to come out of my pores when I used this. I even tried steaming my face before I used it. I've tried to use this about 2 or 3 separate times and each time it peeled off a large patch of skin on my nose that ended up scabbing over. My brother (who has way more blackheads than I do), still didn't see great results. I tried a cheap brand of nose strips from dollarama that worked better than this. Pass. -

I first tried this moisturizer several years ago. After a year or so of not using it to experiment with other moisturizers, I picked it up again and it's been my go-to night moisturizer for the past three years. I use this as a day and night cream in the winter months when my skin needs a bit more moisture, but I also interchange it with the aloe day cream by The Body Shop. It is one of the few creams that don't give my skin a burning sensation when I initially apply it. It is a bit on the expensive side so I usually purchase it in bulk during The Body Shop's Buy 3 get 3 free promotion. -

I love that it is gentle on my skin, and generally removes makeup well. I generally use this in conjunction with a cleansing oil, as it does tend to leave a bit of eye-makeup behind. I usually have bad reactions to makeup wipes, so I like this as a quick and easy solution to remove makeup when I'm too tired to do my full skin care routine. -

I have dry, slightly sensitive skin, that breaks out every so often. Since I started adding this scrub to my skincare routine, I have noticed way fewer breakouts. I use this about every other day, or after washing off a heavier face of makeup, or whenever I feel like pimples might be forming. Even though it is advertised for blackheads, the salicylic acid makes it great for any blemish concerns! Even when I use it multiple days in a row, it never irritates my skin. -

Recently I tried the Essie Gel Couture polish in Gala-Vanting with the Gel Couture top coat. Although I love the beautiful shine and the curved brush that makes application quick and easy, I found that the polish took very long to dry and did not last much longer than Essie's regular polishes. After about 4 days of wear, it began wearing down at the tips of my nails, and I started noticing peeling/chips at the edge of the polish after about 5-6 days of wear. My hands were in water a lot due to showering and cleaning but the polish didn't hold up much better than any regular essie polish, so I don't see justification for the price difference of about $4 more. I bought the polish to try it out on sale so I might consider purchasing it again on sale, but not at the regular price. -

I try to avoid milk because of the calories, and mild sensitivities to it, so this is a great alternative! On its own it's not much different than almond milk, but something about it tastes AMAZING in coffee. It is way better than almond or coconut milk with your coffee in my opinion! Love the creamy texture, and it's only 25 calories per serving! -

This protein bar is delicious, but maybe a bit too sweet. I love almonds and sea salt with my chocolate, so it's a great combo, although I must say I do like their cashew, salted caramel, and dark chocolate bar a little bit better. Usually I hate protein bars, but this one is great because it is plant based, so you don't get that awful aftertaste that is usually found in whey based protein bars. It is a bit less protein and a bit more sugar than other brands, but I think I'd definitely have it as a sweet pick-me-up for sluggish afternoons. I got two of these bars for free from ChickAdvisor, but I'd most likely purchase these myself in the future! -

This protein bar tastes DELICIOUS! It is a bit on the sweeter side, but its still really tasty. I usually hate protein bars, particularly ones that contain whey protein, as they have an awful aftertaste. Love that this is a plant-based protein bar so there's no gross whey aftertaste and I can share it with my vegan friends! The only reason it didn't get a perfect rating is because it does have a bit less protein (10g) and a bit more sugar (10g) than other protein bars, but the taste is worth it, especially when I need a quick snack after a workout. -
