I was selected to try the AVEENO POSITIVELY RADIANT MAXGLOW INFUSION DROPS for free from ChickAdvisor in exchange for my honest review and I am in LOVE! I have heard so much hype about oils and drops being good for your skin, but had never used them until now. The bottle is beautiful and comes with a drop dispenser in the lid so it is easy to get just the right amount of product (2-3 drops!). The product dispenses as a milky white color and is easily spread onto the skin - a little goes a long way! You truly do not need much to reap the benefits of these incredible drops. It smells fresh and fruity and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth.
I use the Infusion Drops each morning before applying my makeup. I apply moisturizer, then the drops, then my favourite primer. It's magical! I use a matte primer and my makeup still looks flawless, but has a beautiful dewy glow! It doesn't look oily or shiny, it looks natural and radiant. I love that the drops are paraben free, phthalate free, non-comedogenic and safe and gentle on sensitive skin! I have combination skin and did not notice any breakouts or irritation. My skin gets so dry in the winter and these drops help me lock in moisture and keep my skin looking healthy.
I am hooked on these drops and have already recommended them to my family and friends! I do find them a little pricey at $35/40mL bottle - but as mentioned earlier, a little goes a long way and the bottle should last awhile.

I was selected to try the MARC JACOBS VELVET PRIMER - EPIC LASH PRIMER for free in exchange for my honest thoughts and opinions and I unfortunately was not blown away. I love the false lash look but struggle to apply false lashes and cant justify the cost for lash extensions - so I was excited to learn about this new and revolutionary primer from Marc Jacobs! The primer is easy to use as you simply brush on a coat of the primer before adding the mascara on top. The product goes on in a beige color and definitely adds some length to my normal lashes. However, I did not find the primer to fare well in the volume and/or dramatic look department. I found primer to cause the mascara to be flaky and had numerous specks fall onto my under eye area each time I wore it. It also had a tendency to clump my lashes together and made my lash line looks sparse and uneven. My lashes had an unkempt spider effect to them and therefore eyeliner is definitely a must with this product. I don't think that the primer is an absolute must unless you are looking for length and even then, I know single mascaras which can provide the length, volume and dramatic false lash look that this primer claims to give. I love that the product conditions and helps with dry/brittle lashes but I don't see myself continuing to use or purchase this item again.

I was selected to try the MARC JACOBS VELVET NOIR MAJOR VOLUME MASCARA for free in exchange for my honest thoughts and opinions and I was impressed with the results. I have tried the mascara with both the Velvet Noir Primer and without it, and I definitely would recommend this product alone as the results are outstanding. The pigment is a rich black color that makes my eyes pop and the brush provides the easiest and most flawless application. The volume and dimension from this mascara is incredible and I received so many compliments on my look. The mascara does not sweat or bleed and leaves no tiny annoying flecks on my undereye area. I also love the look and sleek design of the wand and mascara tube as it not only gives a luxurious look, but it also provides a luxurious feel. I would recommend this to anyone that wants a bold and dramatic eye look. It provides major volume and dimension! -

The peppermint/spearmint blend is super refreshing and minty and creates the perfect minty duo. I love that the tea is caffeine free and makes for a great treat at bedtime. I loved the minty taste so much that I actually shook it with strawberries and vodka and made a DELICIOUS cocktail! This was the first TAZO tea product I had tried as the price has always discouraged me. I haven’t found any appealing flavours in stores near me but will be on the hunt for other flavours as the price truly is worth it! -

I received this mascara as a sample and was blown away by how well it worked! My lashes need help in both the length and volume department and this stuff excelled in both areas! The pigment is very black and it makes your eyes really pop. Application is easy and the brush is a simple spool with no funny curves or size variations. The mascara is very expensive however, at $43 - the product works well but I cannot justify that price. I will look for it again as a sample and would use it on special occasions! -

This tasted incredible and was so easy to make! A healthy sized portion of frozen shrimp and a packet of delicious lemon garlic sauce - yum! All you do is unthaw in the fridge, cook shrimp for 3-4 minutes, pour in sauce and cook for an extra 2 minutes... and voila! Done! There are tons of shrimp in the package and even more sauce. I boiled some spaghetti noodles and mixed it in the saucepan after the shrimp was cooked and the sauce coated the spaghetti noodles. The flavour was incredible. I found the packages on sale for $8 which is why I bought it and thought this was a great price. The actual price is $13 which is a little expensive in my opinion but it really is delicious! -

I love coconut and basmati rice and I have made homemade coconut rice and it is delicious, somehow Tilda managed to mess up this incredible duo with their TILDA COCONUT BASMATI RICE. It was awful. You squeeze the bag, open the top, microwave for 2 mins and "enjoy". The rice is almost soggy and doesn't hold it's form well. The taste is like sour coconut milk. It doesn't taste like they used any real ingredients. It is also approximately $3 per bag. I would never purchase this again and would not recommend this to anyone. -

First of all, the smell is incredible. It smells fresh and fruity and the scent lasts all day. Throughout the day randomly I will be hit with little powerful smell aromas that remind me just how good I smell and how the long lasting protection is STILL there. I work out daily and go for long walks and runs and this product has lasted me throughout. I don't feel the need to reapply the product throughout the day/evening. The product contains motion sense technology which is pretty much the coolest thing ever: microcapsules that sit on the surface of your skin that break open from friction and release more fragrance... remember those little bursts of aroma I was talking about?! Yea! that is them!
The majority of my clothes are black so it was nice to see that the product did not leave any visible white marks on my clothing. The product claims to have 48 hr protection and depending on how active I was during the day, I did not find that claim to be completely accurate. The protection easily lasts an entire day but I think the 48 hours is a little bit of a stretch. I found the product at my local grocery store for just over $3 and to be honest, that is a steal of a deal. This will be replacing my current antiperspirant as it is cheaper and much more effective then my current product. I cannot stress enough how much I love this product and will continue to use it and recommend it to my family and friends!

My guy was selected to try the DEGREE MEN ULTRACLEAR BLACK + WHITE FRESH ANTIPERSPIRANT for free from ChickAdvisor in exchange for his honest thoughts and opinions, and he loved it! He maintains an incredibly active lifestyle, so the better the protection against sweat and body odour, the happier he is! He used the product for the past 5 days in which he worked out for two hours each of those days as well as played 2 hours of hockey on two of those nights... that is a lot of working out and a ton of sweat!
The product worked amazing! The antiperspirant protected him throughout both the gym and hockey workouts and he was comfortable enough with the protection that he did not feel the need to reapply throughout the day (even after his shower he still felt comfortable enough to not reapply!). His closet is filled with blacks, greys and navy's and he was glad to see that the stick did not leave the slightest residue or white marks on his clothes. In regards to smell, he thought it was a 'neutral' smell - not to overpowering but fresh enough to make you feel good. The only complaint he had was that the product claims to provide 48 hrs of sweat and odour protection and unfortunately he doesn't think that is the case. It lasts a VERY long time, but definitely not 48 hours.
Overall, this product was an absolute hit for my guy and he plans on continuing to purchase and use this product. He knows the struggle well of finding something strong enough to protect him from sweat and body odour for someone as active and physical as he is. He loves that the scent is not overpowering and that it still smells nice and fresh. We found it in our local grocery store for just over $4 and we were actually very impressed with that price. It is cheaper and more efficient then his current brand. He highly recommends this product for anyone looking for long lasting sweat and odour protection!

I absolutely LOVED the Persil Power-Caps! Our family has used the same brand and type of detergent for the last decade religiously and after receiving these as a sample, I will be switching! The pre-packed power caps are so easy to use - just toss in the washing machine. No guess work required! My boyfriend messaged me on his way to work saying "p.s. clothes smell amazing. I don't know what you used differently in the laundry but it's excellent". I thought I had used our regular pods and we inspected the machine for a mini cologne bottle or something to attribute the smell too. Only after did I realize it was this detergent that I had used that caused the AMAZING smell. The clothes came out clean and bright. As mentioned earlier, this product is fantastic and will without a doubt be replacing my current laundry detergent! -
