These are amazing! I love Rice Krispies as a treat and these are even better than the original. It's a regular rice krispie treat but with sprinkles, birthday cake flavour and a drizzle of white frosting. These have replaced the original in our household and will be a pantry staple for when we want a sweet snack. -

I love Quaker instant oatmeal for a quick breakfast in the morning but found this flavour to be lacking. It still tastes great and has a great consistency, but I found the ginger spice to be very underwhelming. I love the nutritious value of the oatmeal and how quick and easy it is to make. I love that they use whole grain rolled oats and have minimal ingredients as well. Overall a great new product but needs just a little more flavour. -

I was selected to try the SCHMIDTS SAGE VETIVER NATURAL DEODORANT for free from ChickAdvisor in exchange for my honest opinion after a two week trial, and I was impressed! I have been longing to make the switch to natural deodorants for awhile now, but everything I had tried in the past wasn't effective for me so I was intrigued by the Schmidt's line!
I was originally excited about the earthy sage scent, but found it to be VERY overwhelming when I sniffed it in the applicator. Oddly enough, you don't smell it as much when applied which was a pleasant and welcome surprise for me! It is also more of a sticky and thick deodorant when applying but it doesn't feel sticky or heavy and it applies very easily and evenly under the arms. I love that it is formulated with Hemp Seed Oil and won't dry out your pits and I love that it is great for sensitive skin!
I used the product daily for two weeks and I was very impressed with the results. I applied the product once in the morning and noticed that on most days, this was enough! Part of my two week trial was done in Mexico where It is obviously much hotter and more humid than Canada so on those days I did find that it didn't perform as great as the other days. I had no redness, dryness or sensitivity under my arms and I can honestly say that is has worked better than any other natural deodorants I have used in the past. I would hesitate to use this in a very hot climate or when doing an intense workout but on a normal day or normal workout I wouldn't think twice!
Overall an amazing product and my new favourite natural deodorant! Thank you Schmidt's and ChickAdvisor for helping me make the switch!

I was selected to try the JOICO HYDRASPLASH REPLENISHING LEAVE IN from ChickAdvisor in exchange for my honest opinion and I love it! I am a huge fan of leave in products and love the hydration that this one brings to the table. I used this product in tandem with the entire Hydrapslash line and am blown away by the results!
I used this after using the shampoo, conditioner and gel masque and applied this to my damp and towel dried hair. I only used a pump and a half and found that it was sufficient to cover all of my shoulder length hair from my midsection and down. The smell is incredible and lasts well up until the next wash.
After blow drying I noticed that my hair was incredibly soft, smooth, shiny and naturally detangled. My normally frizzy hair was much less noticeable and my hair looks so healthy! This is my new go-to for leave in products as it does everything that I usually require multiple products for!

I wish the directions on the package were more clear as I am not sure if I used it properly - it simply says apply to wet hair, leave for 5 mins and rinse well. I would like to know if this is applied before shampoo and conditioner? after? inbetween? I used it before shampoo and found that it did a great job of hydrating my hair. It really is like a masque and will not lather. You need quite a bit of product but it stays on the hair and holds really well. I found it was a little hard to rinse out and therefore was glad I chose to apply it before the shampoo and conditioner.
After towel drying, I noticed my hair was virtually tangle free which never happens. After drying completely I was shocked at how hydrated and soft my hair felt. It still has bounce and movement and doesn't feel weighed down. The smell is also incredible and lasts well into the next wash. I will be using this every other shower from now on!

I was selected to try the JOICO HYDRASPLASH HYDRATING CONDITIONER from ChickAdvisor for free in exchange for my honest review, and I am in love! I used this conditioner a handful of times in tandem with the entire Hydrasplash line and the results wowed me.
I absolutely love the smell of the conditioner and found that it smells like a mans cologne (which was a pleasant and welcome surprise from my boyfriend). The smell lingers and lasts well up until my next wash, which can sometimes be 3-4 days later. I found that a little bit of the product goes a VERY long way - I tried to take as little as possible after using the shampoo and still found that I had taken too much. I like that I know I am going to get a good value for my dollar and that the product will last a long time. It lathers smoothly into the hair and washes out easily with no residue. I also love the easy to squeeze tube!
After using, I have noticed that my fine hair feels so smooth and healthy and is much more hydrated. My hair does not feel or look weighed down and it is so easy to run a brush through. I love the idea behind the 'SmartRelease Technology', which is a new concept to me. It releases the goods continuously (Rosehip Oil, Arginine, and Keratin) to help protect your hair from styling damage which I am convinced makes the world of a difference in how healthy my hair looks and feels.
Overall, this conditioner is absolutely amazing and truly helps refresh and hydrate my fine hair, without weighing it down. I highly recommend this conditioner and entire Joico HydraSplash line to anyone with fine hair!

I was selected to try the JOICO HYDRASPLASH HYDRATING SHAMPOO from ChickAdvisor for free in exchange for my honest opinion and I was blown away. My fine hair needs all the help it can get in the winter time when it comes to hydration and I was excited to try my first ever product from JOICO. I used the shampoo in tandem with the entire Hydrasplash line and I was beyond impressed.
The smell of the shampoo is a nice change for me, in which it smells more like mans cologne then it does the normal fruity and floral scents I am used to. My boyfriend even commented that he loved the smell. A little bit of the shampoo goes a long way and it lathers into the hair smoothly and evenly. It washes out super easy and leaves the hair smelling incredible up until the next wash (for me that is 3 days later).
After using the shampoo a handful of times, I noticed that my hair was significantly more hydrated and soft to the touch. My hair feels and looks so nourished and clean. I love their 'SmartRelease Technology' which continuously releases the goods (Rosehip Oil, Arginine, and Keratin) to help protect your hair from styling damage. I have never heard of this technology before and I am convinced it makes the world of a difference in how healthy my hair looks and feels.
The only negative is I find that the bottle is a little hard to squeeze. I wish that they would have made the shampoo bottle as easy to use as the conditioner bottle. Other than that, this is an amazing product and I will continue to purchase this shampoo and entire HydraSplash line in the future.

Dove has quickly become one of my favourite drug store hair care brands and this conditioner helps solidify that position. I am a nightmare on my hair - between the colouring, hot tool styling, extensions and the fact that I live in a climate that can go from -40 to +4 overnight, my hair needs all the help it can get.
I love the very light sweet scent of the conditioner. I can’t quite make out what it is but it isn’t overwhelming and just barely there lingers. The conditioner is easy to massage into the hair and an average size is needed to cover all of my shoulder length hair. I have used this conditioner with a Dove shampoo as well as with other brands and have noticed that the results are the same with both. After using this conditioner for a week, this is what I’ve noticed...
It is safe on my color treated hair and I have not noticed any color fade or damage. My hair feels AND looks so much healthier and my damaged ends are much less visible. The product claims to have 2 way care providing both long and short term effects. The short term benefits are definitely noticeable and I am really looking forward to seeing how my hair looks after another couple weeks.
Overall, I absolutely love this conditioner and will continue to purchase it in the future. My hair truly does look more healthy, beautiful and strong and my damage is much less visible. Another incredible product from Dove!
