I was selected to try the Breyers Delights Vanilla Cupcake ice cream for free from ChickAdvisor in exchange for my honest opinion and it was delicious. We eat low calorie ice cream in our household all the time so I was excited to try a new brand/flavour. Vanilla cake/cupcakes with vanilla icing is my all time favourite dessert - add sprinkles and I’m pretty much in heaven so this stuff was right up my alley.
This ice cream was surpringly hard to find in stores but the 3 hour drive was worth the flavour! Me and my hubby ended up getting plastic spoons and eating the tub on our way home. The taste was impressive and I loved that the ice cream had an abundance of sprinkles. It would be great for kids because it’s fun! It’s made with vanilla cupcake batter and the taste is real. It doesn’t taste artificial but be warned, it tastes identical to cake batter. That can be a hit and miss flavour for some people, my hubby included. I loved the taste but it wasn’t his favourite. He likes vanilla cupcakes but thought the batter flavour was weird.
I love the low calorie concept but I also love the addition of protein. There’s 80 calories and 4g of protein per serving which is good because it took the two of us under 15 minutes to eat the entire tub. I could easily eat this in two sittings myself but my hubby would have no problem dusting this in one sitting. I love the addition of real milk and cream and although it’s low calorie, they don’t skimp on creaminess or flavour. It tastes and feels like you are eating full fat, full calorie ice cream.
Overall this ice cream was delicious and I love the addition of protein. It really adds something extra to the low calorie ice cream craze. I love that Breyers uses real ingredients and doesn’t sacrifice flavour or quality for less calories. However, based on price I would not purchase this again or recommend it. It was on sale for over $6 when I purchased it and retails for approximately $9. There are too many cheaper alternatives on the market that I would purchase instead.

I absolutely loved this bar! It was very chocolatey and chewy and had the perfect amount of sea salt. I love the dark chocolate chunks on top and how filling the bar is. The bar has 4g of fibre and contains no artificial colors or flavours. The ingredient list isn't truly "clean" and the bar contains lots of sugar, but I would still choose this over many other granola bars on the market. This bar tastes absolutely delicious and I would recommend it to friends and family. I have already purchased a box of these and will continue to purchase in the future! -

At 80 calories a pack I think these make a great afternoon snack for children and parents alike. I love that there are no artificial flavours or colours and that they are naturally flavoured. These will be a staple in my pantry for sure! -

I was selected to try the LOVE BEAUTY & PLANET COCONUT MILK & WHITE JASMINE LIGHT HOLD & FRIZZ CONTROL HAIRSPRAY (LEVEL 2) from ChickAdvisor in exchange for my honest thoughts and opinions and I absolutely loved it! I love that the bottle is see through and the packaging is really pretty - it looks beautiful paired beside my eucalyptus on my bathroom vanity! I use the hairspray when I let my hair dry naturally or when I curl it to help tame my frizz while still allowing my hair to bounce and be flexible. The push top is super easy to use and is easy to push down - no struggling! It really does provide a "light hold" while providing the protection I need! I like the look of loose curls and beach waves and a couple sprays of this combined with a hairbrush make for a dynamic combination.
Aside from the quality of the product, I also love how this brand is dedicated to improving our earth and the fact that the hairspray is powered by AIR and not greenhouse gasses. I would choose this product over others just for this reason alone. I love that it is made from naturally sourced coconut milk and ethically sourced white jasmine and the fact that it is NOT tested on animals.
The product is dispensed in more of a mist and spray covers tons of hair at once. You can tell by the way it sprays that it is light and not meant to coat and cover your hair drastically. The only thing that I did not really enjoy is the scent. I have tried the other products in this scent line and really enjoyed how they smell, but this is almost a nauseating smell to me. I unfortunately do not enjoy that. Overall, this is an amazing product and I hope/look forward to trying this hairspray in a different scent because it holds well and tames my frizz while still allowing my hair to bounce and move freely!

I was selected to try the LOVE BEAUTY & PLANET COCONUT MILK & WHITE JASMINE DIVINE DEFINITION CONDITIONER for free in exchange for my honest thoughts and opinions and I can see this replacing my current conditioner! I have used Love, Beauty & Planet conditioner in the past and am always blown away at how incredible and long lasting their scents are - this one is no exception! My hair is naturally wavy and kinky so it looks frizzy and messy without the right conditioner to help smooth and soften them - I love the addition of coconut milk to help define and tame my natural waves!
I love the look and shape of the conditioner bottle and the fact that Love, Beauty & Planet strives to lessen its carbon footprint and therefore their bottles are made from 100% recycled plastic. It always makes me happy to see a company committed to helping the environment which makes me feel that much better about choosing it over another conditioner brand. I find the snap lids with this brand however, always get stuck or are really hard to open with wet hands. I know they use a pump dispenser on their body washes and would really like to see them implement the same pump tops on their conditioner bottles! It would help make shower time just a little easier! The Coconut Milk + White Jasmine tea scent is AMAZING! I can not stress enough how wonderful this conditioner smells. The scent is very powerful and really lingers so I would caution people who are sensitive to smells to maybe avoid this line as it is very potent.
I used this product after the corresponding shampoo and the conditioner dispenses easily as a creamy white liquid and lathers quickly. Only a small amount of product is needed as it spreads evenly on the hair and glides smoothly. The product is a "fast rinse conditioner" which saves you from becoming a tangled mess (yay!) while also conserving water (double yay!). I applied, left it for a couple seconds while rinsing my body and then rinsed it out! After rinsing my hair feels so smooth and is not as tangled as I am used to with my kinky hair.
The conditioner is vegan and made with naturally sourced and organic products. There are no silicones, dyes, parabens, or guilt! I also am SUPER happy that it is safe for color treated hair! After drying naturally, my hair looks and feels incredible. It is soft and my kinks and waves don't look or feel like a tangled mess! The scent lasts for days and smells amazing up until the next wash. Overall, this conditioner works very well and smells fantastic! It helps tame and manage my naturally crazy kinks and waves while leaving me with a lingering coconut jasmine scent. I would recommend this to anyone who has definition in their hair that they would like to tame and control!
I would recommend this to everyone I know who has curly or wavy hair as it works incredible, is good for you and the environment, and is affordable!

I have used Love, Beauty & Planet shampoo in the past and am always blown away at how incredible their scents are as well as how long their fragrances last - this one is no exception! My hair has a natural wave/kink to it that looks frizzy and messy without the right shampoo so I love the addition of coconut milk to help define and tame my natural waves!

I was selected to try the LIPTON SERENITY HERBAL TEA from ChickAdvisor in exchange for my honest thoughts and opinions and I thought that it was just okay. I drink tea once, if not twice a day, and I appreciate the teas that provide me with extra health benefits and little boosts to help get me through the day.
The tea comes in prepackaged triangle pouches for an easy and convenient single serving with no need to guess. Simply place the tea bag in freshly boiled water for 4-6 minutes and enjoy! Right away you can smell the cinnamon flavours brewing and the tea is very aromatic! It smells cozy and instantly made me feel "at home" and calm. Surprisingly, although you couldn't really smell it, the lavender flavours completely took over. I feel like lavender is a hit or miss ingredient for most people in which I do usually enjoy a nice cup of lavender tea. This one, however, was a little too strong for me. I ended up using a cinnamon stick to infuse the tea with a little more cinnamon and it was perfect! I think Lipton needs to tweak the recipe just a tad to add more cinnamon and give it a little bit of a zip.
I love that the tea is caffeine free because it makes the perfect companion to a book or movie before bed. I drink it at night and get the perfect night sleep. I would recommend this to my family and friends but would be sure to disclose that the lavender flavour is quite powerful.

I drink tea on a daily basis and I appreciate the teas that not only taste good, but that also provide you with some sort of boost or special little kick to help you live your best life!
The tea comes in little single prepackaged triangle pouches for the perfect serving amount - so no need to guess! Simply place the tea bag in freshly boiled water and let steep for 4-6 minutes. The flavour is absolutely delicious and tastes very light and citrusy. The grapefruit is definitely the most prominent flavour and compliments the green tea perfectly. I absolutely LOVE the addition of the nettle and especially the dandelion! Dandelion salad is one of my favourite dishes to make due to the incredible health benefits of dandelion leaves (check it out!).
As always with Lipton, I love that the tea is Rainforest Alliance Certified meaning that they work to improve the social, economic and environmental conditions of those who pick and grow the tea leaves that Lipton uses. I always enjoy a product more when I know that the company that makes it is sustainable and cares for our world and it's people.
Overall I will 100% recommend this product to my family, friends, and you! I enjoy it in the afternoon for a quick pick me up to rejuvenate my mind and help get me through the day!

I was selected to try the AVEENO POSITIVELY RADIANT MAXGLOW PEEL-OFF MASK for free from ChickAdvisor in exchange for my honest thoughts and opinions and I was not impressed. Full disclosure: I prefer a sheet mask as I find them easier to use and peel off masks are not my favourite. Anyways... the product is dispensed in a squeeze tube container and comes out a slime green color (which I think is pretty cool!). It dries on the skin clear, however, and other then the shine you wouldn't even know you had anything on your face. The consistency of the mask is VERY sticky and tacky and the product does not spread easily onto the skin. The directions say to apply a "generous amount" which you pretty much have no choice in doing. I applied the product as evenly as I could given the texture and consistency of the mask.
The directions say to wait 15-20 minutes so the mask can set - I waited 20 and the mask was totally dried. After the first 5 minutes I could feel the mask tightening and hardening and my face was so uncomfortable. I couldn't talk without wincing and was definitely not a fan of that. After suffering through the 20 minutes the fun part came - peeling it off! Except, this was literally the least fun thing I have ever done. The mask came off in tiny little pieces. Yes it was fully dry. Yes the mask was even on my face. It was just IMPOSSIBLE to peel off, let alone in a few easy pulls. I had to pick at my skin and the mask to try and get it off and it was SO painful. It pulled every single tiny hair on my face and what felt like the first layer of my skin. Ouch. After 10 minutes and having almost all of one cheek and my nose peeled off I got frustrated and just washed the rest off.
I will say that the mask did make my skin feel soft and smooth. It did make my skin look really nice - but was far too painful to ever use again. I have found cheaper masks that give the same if not better results. Overall I was not impressed with this product and will not recommend or use it again.

I like anything quick and easy and this mask is both of those things. Simply apply and night, go to bed, and wake up with glowing skin!
The applicator was a little funky to me at first but after using it a few times, I actually think its a great idea. You squeeze the product and glide it on your face with the smooth plastic paddle applicator. No need to use your fingers to rub it in. The product smells fruity and fresh and dries fairly quickly into the skin. It spreads evenly and does not require a lot of product to do the job. I instantly noticed my skin was dewy and glowing and the results lasted into the morning as well.
I have been using this product for a week now at bedtime and I have noticed a change in my dry, dull skin. My skin feels soft and looks much more radiant. I have combination skin and the no-mess sleep mask did not irritate my skin or cause any breakouts. I love that it is paraben free, phthalate free, and non-comedogenic which is safe for acne prone skin. This product smells amazing, is super easy to use, and creates a beautiful dewy and radiant complexion. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a gentle and easy way to nourish and replenish their skin!
