I rarely have allergic reactions. However, when I do, I can always trust Benadryl to help me! It relieves the allergic reaction exceptionally quickly. The only downside to this is that makes me extremely sleepy and knocks me out for many hours.

However, now, as an adult, I recognize how helpful this product is when your sick ; it opens up your airways, stop you from coughing and promote better breathing despite being sick. I still do not like the smell but I definitely use it when I'm sick! -
