Hi, Ali I am hoping that you can answer this. The L'Oreal Root Rescue that I am supposed to review hasn't arrived yet. Do you know if there are still further problems with the shipments? The email that I got asked that I submit my review by March 18th, but I am afraid that I won't be able to do so :(

Ali, thanks so much for your guestbook post. I actually thought that my account was closed down due to inactivity. It wasn't until I received an email that I had realized that I've been signing in with the wrong email account this entire time.
