The food here is fantastic. The ribs are just fall off the bone melt in your mouth amazing. The restaurant is small but it's cool. There aren't that many places worth checking out in this part of San Francisco but this is one of them. They were also very accommodating of our baby and large stroller though clearly not a family destination. I would definitely go back. -

If you are looking for a quick pastry or a decent coffee while strolling the little main drag of St. Helena, this will hit the spot. The coffee is pretty good and they have a nice selection of yummy baked goods.

Prices are what you'd expect to pay in a bigger city but the experience is nice so I didn't mind that. I would go here again and recommend it. -

This restaurant is my favourite in St. Helena. It's a casual trendy atmosphere with fabulous farm fresh food. The risotto and chocolate pie are incredible. You really can't go wrong here. Except for the artichoke starter. I do not recommend that dish unless you've tried something similar and liked it.
Highly recommended if you are in the Napa Valley area.

I have always wanted to try a proper silk pillowcase since beauty experts often say you'll wake up looking better than with your plain old cotton pillow case. The theory is that as we sleep (and in my case toss and turn), it causes wrinkles and breakage in your hair. I'd love to sleep perfectly still on my back but it's not going to happen.
These pillow cases are made with Mulberry silk, which is obtained from the cocoons of mulberry silkworms kept in captivity. It's a pretty expensive and luxurious material. I was very lucky to get mine for free from the brand because I yelped out loud when I saw the price. But now that I think of those silkworms working so hard to make this for me, I can appreciate why the price is what it is.
The packaging is beautiful. It comes in a nice box, tied with a ribbon. As for the texture it is not slippery like I imagined it would be. It feels a bit more coarse than I thought it would, but it is very comfortable to sleep on. I have very sensitive skin and it doesn't bother my face at all. In fact I have noticed in the mornings that I have less of a crease on my forehead than I normally do. I actually really like this pillowcase. I always invest in high thread count cotton but this is a step above.
I think this would make a really thoughtful gift for someone or a nice treat for yourself if you're feeling generous.

I really like this scrub. It's the perfect texture. The particles are not too big, they are just right. I like Live Clean products in general because they tend to be more natural. I have been testing this for a few weeks since receiving it... +

I really like this one. It smells wonderful and the formula isn't overly soapy so it doesn't dry out my son's sensitive skin. I got a few products to test from the brand and this one is probably my favourite!

I have sensitive skin that often gets oily from sunscreen. This doesn't bother my skin at all or make it overly shiny. What I like the most about this product is the handy pump under the lid. It's very clever. It looks like it would be a squeeze tube, which can get messy but there is a pump under the lid.
I prefer products with natural ingredients for my skin so this one is a winner on every level for me. I received this for free for review purposes but it's something I would buy.

This is a moisturiser with SPF and skin plumping properties to make your skin look more hydrated and bright. It is designed to last for 24 hours. The Dragon's Blood is a potent tree sap extract, which together with the Rodial formula is supposed to serve as an anti-oxidant and anti-irritant while soothing the skin. Apparently Dragon's Blood was used in ancient times for medicinal purposes, so this is some pretty cool old school stuff.
I love the bright packaging. I have big drawers loaded with products and this one only takes a second to find thanks to the colour. I love that it has SPF in it because I don't like applying more than one layer of moisturiser to my skin or I am guaranteed to break out.
I have very sensitive skin so this tingles when I put it on. My face doesn't get red but it is a bit uncomfortable. I also think the price of $60 for 50ml with a shelf life of 6 months is on the steep side.
Still I like that it doesn't make my skin oily and I haven't broken out from it. I do think many others would like this product.
