It goes on dry and no white marks are left on your clothing. I did get one time that I got a bit of flaking a few hours later but I realized that when you spray it too close that will happen. -

Bounty Select-a-Size Paper Towels
I love Bounty Select-a-Size paper towels. The idea to be able to use a smaller size rather than using a whole sheet when it's not need is great and saves you on buying paper towel as often. Great job Bounty :)
