If you have PCOS, please do yourself a favour and read up about the role of inositol in taming the symptoms. Ovasitol has d-chiro inositol and myo-inositol in the ratio that they are found in the ovaries. I suffer from irregular periods, but within 4 days of starting ovasitol again, my period returned. It helps with excessive hair growth as well, and has some effect on weight loss. It costs about 78 USD for a three month supply, and the best price is found on PCOS Nutrition Center. -

This toothpaste is supposed to prevent cavities, gingivitis, acid erosion, sensitivity, plaque and tartar, as well as whiten teeth and freshen breath. I can't speak to most of those benefits, though I am noticing sensitivity is reduced and my breath is fresh. Might be too early to see whitening. It is adequately minty, though has a little bit of an aftertaste that is reminiscent of Sensodyne. If I hadn't price matched it and used a coupon I likely wouldn't have bought it - and I'm not sure I'll buy it again at almost $6 for a 95ml tube. -
