Tylenol ultra relief worked good if I caught my headache coming on early. When it didn't was when it was already a full blown migraine or if I woke up with a headache. Overall I am satisfied.

Instead of taking smoke breaks I spray a quick blast into my throat and it keeps my cravings at bay until my next break. The flavour is good. It fits in my purse and is very convenient. It has helped me switch from 10 smokes a day to 5. -
