I’ve been wanting to quit smoking but it hasn’t been easy. I’ve tried different methods like the patches and vaping. I tried using the lozenges and it has stopped the cravings but not the actions of puffing on a cigarette. I will still continue to use lozenges and lower my nicotine intake by also vaping. -

This is a good product to try if you’re looking to quit smoking!
Unfortunately it just didn’t stop the urges of needing a cigarette. The reason isn’t due to the gum because it does help but the urge to hold a cigarette and the gestures of inhaling and exhaling is something that really helps my anxiety.
On the other hand, it did help my roommate and they’re still continuing to using the gum and will purchase!
