I was given Aveeno Calm + Restore® Oat Repairing Lotion for sensitive, dry skin in exchange for a review.
I tried this lotion on my hands & arms, which are still very dry from the cold & dry air of an Alberta winter. The lotion has a soft, almost silky feel that somehow transfers itself to my skin without feeling like I have lotion on once it's rubbed in. It has a very slight scent, but not a perfume, just from the ingredients in the actual lotion. I have split fingers from the never-ending winter this year, and there was no pain when applying the lotion. I love Aveeno lotions to begin with, and so far this one seems to be even better than the usual one.

I was given AVEENO® Calm + Restore Body Wash for sensitive, dry skin to try in exchange for a review.
It is truly fragrance free, rinsed off easily without residue, and left my skin feeling soft & moisturized.
My only complain is that it didn't really lather well on a facecloth, I had to keep adding more body wash. It did lather a bit better on hands, but never quite got very sudsy. It's not particularly a problem, but does mean that you'd go through more of it that a regular body wash or soap.

The flavour tastes somewhat like cranberry juice mixed with fruit punch. 6 year old says it reminds him of prune juice and he'd drink it if it was given to him but wouldn't choose it himself. It did take a lot of convincing for him to finish the half cup I gave him. I thought it was pretty good.
Powder mixed easily with cold water and didn't drop out in the time it took to drink it. I'm not sure about the effectiveness but if someone is interested in trying Black Elderberry I think this is a good product to try. Maybe not for kids though, depending on how much of a picky eater they are.

This facial cleaner felt really gentle, but I did feel clean afterwards. For some reason I thought it would be a foaming cleanser as the cream face washes I've tried have had some kind of abrasive compound in them, but it's just a regular cream.
The pump seemed to work well, and while I could smell it a little, it wasn't an overpowering scent.

I was really excited to receive an Aveeno sample as my skin really loves Aveeno! This lotion is very light, similar to the SPF infused daytime lotions but a bit less greasy. My skin feels hydrated but it doesn't have that greasy feel that a lot of options can leave, and even my hands felt normal after applying. The only issue is the style of container, this is a relatively thin lotion and comes out too fast for a container that's meant to be stored on it's lid. -

It's hard to tell at this age if it's the medicine or the flavour & novelty that helps them feel better, but either way I have a happy child again.

This is essentially a toy tool kit but branded for Rubble which is great for kids who love Paw Patrol. We really like the screwdriver as it has two ends with a slider to choose which bit you want to use - they can both be retracted at the same time. The pouch is nice as it's velcro and fits my slim 5 year old fairly well. He took the Rubble badge to bed with him the first night. The 1 year old enjoys the toy too, she prefers the doggy bone. -
