Great product. I live in the Caribbean and my skin dries really quickly. I find this product really helps. After a long day in hot climate, this has helped with soothing and moisturizing my skin. It smells great too!

I come here to see my naturopath, massage therapist, & acupuncturist to get my health up to speed. My massage therapist, Tony is great for loosening all my tight back muscles. Eevon, Dr. Tanaka & Yosho are truly experts in understanding about how your health works, and helped with my recovery to normal health. Everyone is absolutely friendly & professional. One super convenient thing about Pacific Wellness is that if you have insurance through a company, you can bill directly through them so you don't have to pick up the tab first. -

I'm really impressed with the service at the Toronto Aveda Hair Institute. The staff are very professional and friendly. Your session starts off with your choice of tea, coffee or water...then they give you a super relaxing head massage with some aromatherapy oils. My hair cuts have always turned out amazing. And the prices are super affordable - I only paid 30$ for all this great service. Because this place is so popular, you need to book an appointment at least a month in advance. -

I just joined this gym a few weeks ago (although Flirty Girl is still my favourite!) and the experience has been, very different for me. I was able to join up through a corporate rate, which was the only reason I would sign up to become a member. That, and also the availability of hot yoga. Aside from those reasons, I would not recommend joining this gym. First of all, the staff are very sales-oriented and will stop at nothing to sign you up or sell you some expensive health package. Secondly, the staff lack professionalism when it comes to keeping their appointments, let alone meeting them on time. My sister and I have had many cancelled appointments and weren't even notified beforehand. I can't stand the staff there. They all seem to be very immature when it comes to dealing with gym members.
When you go for your initial consultation, stand your ground and refuse to be sold to ridiculous expensive packages (unless you want to, of course). I told the staff right off the bat that I was not interested in a personal trainer, or a nutritionist of any sort. That saved me a lot of time from them badgering me into buying a package.
If you can ignore the staff and get past all of that, being at the gym will be a lot more enjoyable.
The nice thing about the place is that there is 1) hot yoga 2) cold sauna, hot sauna and steam room 3) cardio machines with individual TVs! My life goes by a lot easier when I have a TV hooked up to my machine. 4) the hours are flexible. These are the only positive things about Extreme Fitness.

If you want to take your man out for steak, this is the place to go!!! I took my man here for his birthday and it was a great experience. The atmosphere is absolutely romantic and elegant. The only thing I would complain about is that the lighting is really dim. But the most important thing is the steak - and the steak is pretty delish. If you like potatoes, get the twice baked potato on the side - you won't regret it!
I have to warn you though, this place attracts a bunch of rich jerks. I was pretty irritated with a few rich snooty customers that felt entitled to treat the servers like garbage. But if you can stand the stuffy Bay street atmosphere, then this would be a great place to go for steak.

I bought this eyeliner when I lost my Inglot eyeliner (which I still love but costs a bundle). I find that it is really similar to MAC's technakohl eyeliner. It does a great job of staying put without smudging or melting down my eyelids. I also find it really convenient because it doesn't require any sharpening and because it also has a smudge tip on the end of the eyeliner to easily create a dramatic smokey eye look. -
