I got this product with the advice of a friend who used to have problem skin. I used to have a lot of breakouts a few years back, and this product has helped me clear my skin (along with several other products!). I use this product nightly after cleansing to remove the excess dirt from my pores (I can actually see the dirt removed when I use a cotton pad) and that is how I know it's working! -

I looove baby oil. It has always been a must-have beauty product of mine.
It has its many great uses such as:
1. A shower moisturizer - It locks in a lot of moisture when applying it in the shower. I apply and rinse off and my skin is silky smooth for days!
2. A substitute for shaving cream - razor glides on legs just as smooth.
3. Heavy duty eye makeup remover
4. Removing unwanted wax residue after hair removal.
And also did you know that you could use baby oil (the unscented type) to protect your wooden chopping boards? It prevents them from drying and cracking out.
I don't like to smell like a baby so I go for the unscented baby oil and add a couple drops of a essential oil (ylang ylang or whatever I'm in the mood for). I love baby oil for its cheap price and the fact that you could do so much with it.

I got a free sample of this at the Origins Top 5 event (where they give out samples of their best-sellers). This aromatherapy cream is supposed to alleviate head tension and stress on the spot. The formula is made of essential oils such as basil, peppermint and eucalyptus and helps reduce tension when the scent is inhaled. There is a method to applying this product (it is demonstrated on their website) When I tried this creme, I was immediately hooked - the dull feeling in my head immediately melted away and I felt more rejuvenated and awakened. I definitely will keep this in my purse when I need immediate sensory feedback to keep myself alert and focused throughout the day. -

I am so happy I was chosen to receive this lovely item! Buying a notebook sleeve has always been a task on my list of things-to-do but I've witheld since I've been reluctant to pay a fortune for a laptop sleeve. The price of this item is great compared to other notebook sleeves I have browsed. Belkin neoprene sleeves are probably less than half of the cost of other comparable notebook sleeves. This item comes in 4 different stylish colour schemes. I received the sleeve in the black/red colour scheme (which was the one I was hoping for!). The material quality is great - the sleeve is made of soft thick padding and a sturdy metal zipper handle. Another great thing about this sleeve is that it allows you put your laptop in with ease. You can zip around the sleeve in a 90 degree form to fit your laptop in. Many other products have only one-sided zipper opening where you have to squeeze it in, which takes more effort.
The only thing I found disappointing was the size of the sleeve itself - I found the 15.4" sleeve too big for the size of my laptop (I have a 15.4" Dell Laptop). I was still able to fit a couple books and my battery charger along with my laptop in this sleeve. I think this size was more suited for a 17" laptop. Maybe they sent me the wrong size? Not sure. Other than that, I found my notebook sleeve very handy - I finally have something to transport it in - no more using a pashmina to protect my laptop!

Today I went to the mall with my boyfriend to do a buy a few things for my fall wardrobe - and guess what I see in front display of shoe stores! Uggly boots! I was so horrified I actually yelled "Whhhaat?? These uggly *bleeping* boots are back in style!?! " followed by my boyfriend laughing "They look like *bleeping* loaves of bread! muahahaa!" These butt ugly boots are a complete fashion crime - they're right up there next to crocs!! -

I have to agree with MizzRobin - this moisturizer is awesome. I have been using it daily for about a year now. I have combination skin, dry and oily T-zone, some enlarged pores, etc. I found that this product absorbs really well into my skin and it doesn't leave it feeling greasy at all. I have occasional breakouts, and I have found that this moisturizer does its job to control the breakouts along with tightening pores. It doesn't do much to control the oil production on my skin but it does its main job of moisturizing, preventing breakouts and tightening pores. This is one product I can always rely on. -

This product will last you a very long time (given the quality & quantity) and it will last a long time on your eyelids. That being said, your face won't melt so it's best to use this when going out to a club, party or an night event. -

MAC Paints are a great base for eyeshadows since it allows for eyeshadows to adhere onto your eyelids for very long periods of time. I always use this product when applying my eye makeup - otherwise, eyeshadow will melt and will end up settling at the bottom of my eyes - not sexy. The MAC paints hold any eyeshadow very well - so that makes drugstore cosmetics sit longer on your eyelids.
If you want a shimmery undertone to open up your eyes, use Stilife - "a soft pale peach with icy metallic shimmer". Other shades that provide a very neutral matte base are Bare Canvas and Architecture.
Although the tube is very small, it will last you a very long time. A speck of this stuff will cover an eyelid - so be careful not to squeeze too much out; otherwise it's gone and it's hard to put it back into the tube.

After cleansing, my skin dried out and I immediately needed a moisturizer to balance it out. Since my skin dries out easily from this product, my skin works overtime and produces more oil to balance it out. This product is more suitable for those with oily skin types that aren't prone to drying out easily. -
