I got these for my teenager and she has been taking them for about 2 months now, she is more active and she has said she feels like she has more energy now. I am pleased with these positive changes in her health she also dosnt seam as sleepy when she takes them in the morning time. The only think I would say is they are a little costly. (but well worth it) -

This gain smells amazing, I was impressed that when you wash with it the scent stays in the clothing. It really is sniff sniff hooray. I was impressed by the way the dirt came out of my kids cloths. I am definitely using this again.
