Got to use this for the first time today. For a sinus infection and let me tell you it was interesting! A lil scary at first of the thought of water going up my nose! But wasn’t that bad and feel my nose cleared up. It says to tilt you head to the side and pour the water Solution in one nostril and the water service and will come out of the other nostril. And the most important was to make sure to open ur mouth so nothing goes in your mouth or down your throat. Even though I opened my mouth a little bit still went to my throat I just had to stop and spit it out. But over all it was good and refreshing. I have to do it twice a day please other strays but I really like this neti pot! -

Coffee Mate Bliss Almond Milk Vanilla
I find this product every strong with flavour! It good and all but you really need to like the flavour before using it in your coffee. I am using the vanilla almond. I do like it but can not use it everyday in my coffee. Maybe every other day.

I bought this product from Amazon online and used for the first time today it’s a very good product and very easy to use and smells so good are used it after the shower after washing my hair I put it in my hair and it says to wait three minutes so as I got dressed it was doing its job as the time passed I just rinsed it out of my hair it felt so perfect and no tangles. I Have really curly hair and always Tangly after washing it.i didn’t even comb it before. I really like this product and it’s easy to use the bottle tells you step-by-step how to use it the only thing about the instructions that need clarifying is it says to apply a generous amount of treatment to hair I guess it really depends on how much hair you have or the length of your hair are use just half a palm size at first and noticed it wasn’t enough for my whole hair ( I have long hair) so I had to add more to it.i would recommend this product to everyone. It’s just not good for anyone that has allergies to honey -

I went though most of the package on the first day. And the product it self is pricey. It didn’t work well with me. So I won’t be purchasing it again I would rather use the cream and reapply the cream as needed -
