I received this pan free in exchange for my honest review. I must say I am really impressed with this pan. Firstly, with clad cookware it is imperative to preheat the pan before adding oil which not a lot of people do and then they find their food sticking to the pan. I must say when used properly this pan will not cause your food to stick. It evenly distributes the heat cooking your food beautifully. We cook at home a lot and we were ecstatic that this pan worked wonderfully on our induction stove! This pan has been a great addition to our stainless clad collection! Thank you Paderno for yet another great piece of cookware! -
