As usual, my period usually starts about a week before Aunt Flo appears. The usual symptoms are/were irritation, muscle soreness and fatigue with symptoms increasing until Aunt Flo appears :-( This time, I started Motrin during my pre-menstruation to end menstruation stage with much better results. Muscle soreness and cramps decreased and I was able to sleep more which meant not as much irritation and fatigue. So yes, Motrin works! -

I really enjoy Batiste products. Due to cold weather, and having African Canadian hair, i can not always wash my hair. Too much washing strips my hair of oils that are needed to maintain hair health and growth. So, I can really appreciate Batiste water-less cleansing foam. I used this product on my hair and my 10-year old daughter found the scent so alluring that she took over the can lol It left our hair smelling fresh and feeling clean so we were able to go a little longer between washes. Thanks so much for this product. It works well! -

I am a few days late on this post because the #CanadaDryGingerale Lemonade flavour wasn't available until today! I was so excited that I ran right in to Sobey's on 23rd Ave and 50th Street, in Mill Woods, Edmonton, Alberta. I was pleasantly surprised to find a lady who offered me a drink right away and had a dollar off coupons available as well. HELLO BONUS!
This flavour is so refreshing and only 130 CAL per can. I loved the light and refreshing combination of Lemonade with Ginger Ale. My daughter loved it as well. Highly recommend, and if you are in Edmonton, get it at Sobeys!

I enjoyed my sample that Chick Advisor sent to me. I was able to find this at the local Save On store and shared with my daughter (because you can't have anything around kids - right) We both enjoyed the refreshing taste and I am reminded of why Snapple is a well known brand, the product is delicious!
