Every night before my baby goes to sleep I put the Live Clean Baby Calming Bedtime Baby Lotion on her face, neck and hands. I can't say for sure the reason she sleeps so we'll is because of it since my baby has always been a good sleeper for the most part but I'm sure a good percentage of her sleeping well is because of the smell. I put some on my hands too and the smell does relax me. Definitely worth to try, especially if you need more sleep. -
