I was told by my doctor that my iron levels were dangerously low. I was put on an iron twice a day and told to buy a multi vitamin. I saw that these had higher iron levels than it’s competitors so I chose these. The pills are rather big so I cut them in half and take one half at a time. They usually go on sale so when they do I buy a few bottles. My iron levels are great now. -

A friend of mine sold me her mixer because she just wasn’t using it enough. I am a baker and recently began making cakes and cupcake to sell as a side hustle. This mixer does the job. It does breads, icing, batter and makes pasta ( if you buy the extra attachment). Yes it’s pricey but from what I’ve heard, it can last at least a decade or even more! If your a baker this is a must. I’ve recently been diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis and this has saved my hands and arms from pain! Splurge and buy one. You won’t regret it. -

It makes choosing a couple very difficult because you want them all. I would say that they are not suitable for wearing for too long as they begin to hurt your feet after awhile. The straps begin to cut into your skin if worn too long. These are very inexpensive. If you are just using them for a short amount of time like to the pool and at the beach, these will do the job -

My son is a picky eater. It’s hard to get him to eat veggies. He loves these cups and he has no idea that they have veggies in them. Hahaha sneaky sneaky. The fiber is what drew me to these. My son loves to eat a lot of cheese and gets constipated regularly. Since he has been eating these he been much more regular and less constipation. I will continue to buy these regularly. A house staple for sure! -
