L’Occitane Shea Butter Hand Balm & Ultra Rich Body Cream comes to the rescue of our skin during harsh Canadian winters. It is 25% Shea butter an ingredient that I absolutely love. It helps soothe and repair very dry skin. The thick consistency feels like it is actively working to make hands softener and protected. I love using this as a cuticle cream as well, it feels high end and highly effective.

This just isn't for me. I use a regular mouthwash in my oral health routine daily and I prefer my usual brand over this one. I love all the health benefits in this, fights germs that cause gingivitis, protects from plaque, no artificial colours, flavours or alcohol. I tried it multiple times and the taste just doesn't appeal to me, I can't even smell it. However...
My husband loves it. It reminds him of the types he had in the UK (less bad ingredients there) so he's happy to have tried this brand.

I was very happy with my experience with clean reserve whipped cherry eau de perfum. It has a lovely scent, not over powering but pretty and fruity. The rollerball application makes it so you have just the perfect amount, not too strong and no waste. The key note are Wild Cherry, Almond Blossom, Vanilla Cream! It says the essence is yummy and irresistible and I couldn't agree more!

40s don't have to be all down hill. Suffering symptoms isn't a sentence, you can find relief of perimenopause symptoms with products such as Promensil. I was happy to see a big decrease in night sweats and hot flashes. I've been having wonderful sleep, 7 - 8 hours a night but that often typical for me anyhow. It also is said to help with agitation and nervousness and maintain healthy hair , skin, nails and bones. I'm not sure I've noticed that but perhaps it has helped as this is typically a stressful season and I have no stress or anxiety. A natural health supplement worth checking out.

My son actually views most medications as a treat when he's sick. He typically loves the flavour but unfortunately this was a big no for him. I'm sure it's highly effective at reducing upper respiratory tract infections as it claims like sore throats, colds and ear infections but after one taste he has declined to continue this one. As we are in germ season at school I would suggest giving it a go and forming your own judgements but to be honest it's just not for our house. If different flavours become available my review would change greatly I'm sure. -
