If you put this on a pimple that's starting to form, it will keep it from getting bigger and dry it out. When I put this on a pimple that was already inflamed, the swelling was completely gone. It also helped to dry out the pimple. You're still going to have an imperfection, but this will greatly reduce it. I definitely suggest giving it a try. -

No weird artificial flavours like a lot of protein supplements tend to have. 30mg of protein is an awesome amount of your daily recommendation as well. This would be awesome for a quick meal to head out the door with. A lower sugar content and added minerals gives this an A+. I would definitely pick this one up at the store and recommend giving it a try! -

I wasn’t totally filled up from the shake alone so I would suggest a little something on the side if you’re replacing a meal with this. All in all, I would recommend it! A good source of protein and it tastes awesome. -

I have extremely oily skin on my forehead so that’s where I used this exfoliator and I was definitely not disappointed. My skin started to clear up as it got rid of excess oil, dirt and debris. I also used this on the bottom of my feet for dry skin and it helped get rid of hardness and make my feet smoother and softer.
I would definitely recommend this to a friend. It’s great for both oily skin and tough skin that needs a buff! Great product.

I can get up to two weeks of wear without any chipping and it is definitely a better price than most other polishes out there. Only downfall was I noticed it was a little less pigmented than my other polish and needed more coats to get the true colour. All in all its a good buy for the price. -
