We have tried a few brands/services and these are the best. Easy to blend and have a fresh fruit/veg smoothie everyday without all the cutting of items. These are fresh pre chopped/cut selected ingredients mixed to taste perfect. Make em plain or add your own water, milk, juices or protein powders,vitamins. Costs under $2.50 a smoothie with discount code. Perfectly balanced to give great you nutrition and taste. Note: We liked the smoothies better than the bowls. Their customer service and support are also excellent.    -
