Ok, I've been going to Buff for at least 5 years. The ambiance is nice; pink, black and white decor. The whole front wall is a window which lets in lots of natural light. It's clean and comfortable and pretty. They take walk-ins whenever they can and if your appointment goes past their closing time, they stay, they don't rush and they make sure your nails are dry. I have terribly dry feet and they spend a lot of time sloughing and smoothing my skin to help me combat this during the summer when it's worse. They do not charge extra for that, as someone said. Nor do they charge for the flip flops. They do speak their own language to each other, but I never care about things like that. The price point is a big higher than other places Ive been to and some of the ladies don't massage your hands/feet and legs quite as long as others. That said, it's still a nice experience to sip my tea or coffee or water they brought me and just relax and people watch through the window. (oh, and they have extra umbrellas if you get caught on a rainy day. No charge... they just give you the umbrella). :) -
