As a long-term sufferer of debilitating menstrual pain I have tried many different options for pain relief and this is by far the best product I've found. I would absolutely recommend Motrin to anyone looking for quick and effective relief. I have also used this product a migraine relief and it is one of the few medications that actually helps. -

TYLENOL® Menstrual Caplets/pills
I found this to be much more effective than similarly targeted medications like midol. Unfortunately, it seems like they have discontinued in our area.
