Makes a noticeable difference in my hair. Great for returning moisture to dry hair! Works beautifully as a heat protectant as well. Overtime I think it has strengthened my hair and given me better curl formation. My split ends are doing better as well. It does need some gel or a second product if looking to use for wash & go. I love a versatile product like this that I can use on both wet and dry hair.    -
