I have thick, fine hair, perfectly straight...and Maria ruined it. She didn't listen to what I wanted because she was trying to sell me shampoo and conditioner before I even sat in the chair! I asked for side sweep bangs and she practically cut them...   +

I have thick, fine hair, perfectly straight...and Maria ruined it. She didn't listen to what I wanted because she was trying to sell me shampoo and conditioner before I even sat in the chair! I asked for side sweep bangs and she practically cut them straight across! The layers are choppy and not even.    -
