I bought this type of toilet paper when I didn't have much money but I find you need to use more so it doesn't tear through. It wasn't rough at least but not something I would buy regularly.

I have used many different products in my hair and it always feels dry. Since I started using tresumme products my hair is soft and doesn't tangle as easily.
