Very nice moisturizing shampoo but does not lather well, IMO. It smells really nice & and made my hair very soft and shiny. I have naturally thick ( very thick) and dull looking hair and usually throw it up in a pony so its easy to manage. But with this shampoo my hair immediatly was more manageable. The masque was awesome as well. It's very thick so it has to be in the tub . ( you'de never be able to get it out of a tube ). i found if i just used a little bit and massaged through my hair without getting my roots , it left my hair very soft and silky. So i was able to skip my leave in conditioner and leave it down. The price is a bit high, but if you want great effects than you need to pay a bit more. I will definatly be buying this in the future. -

I had a hard time opening up the package when I first recieved it .I think it was because the two scent tops were so close together. I was almost ready to give up and ask for help but i finally got it. How ever once I had them all open they were easy enough to place into the warms and to plug in. It didn't take long for the wonderful scent to fill several rooms in my home. After about an hour I turned both to the low setting to see if the scent could still carried into all of the rooms in my house and it did. The glowing light that tells you it has changed to the other scent is a nice touch. My boyfriend is a smoker so it is hard for us to get the smell out of the air in certain rooms. But this product had no trouble getting rid of that god awful smell. And the smells were very subtle yet refreshing. The makers of Febreze Noticeable Dual Scented Pluggable's claim that they last for a whole month. I haven't had any plug in air freshener do that in the past, so I'm eager to see if the makers of Febreze have managed to make this pluggable air freshener make it through a month. From what I have seen and smelled from the Febreze Noticeable Dual scented Pluggable I will be buying new refills when these run out of their wonderful scents. -

New to Aquafinas wonderful line of bottled water is Aquafina plus Vitamins 10 cal. The nations first low-calorie vitamin-enhanced water to feature stevia extract all-natural sweetener, called PureVia. Upon recieving it in the mail I immediatley opened the black and blue berry flavor and had a swig. This is a horrible flavour. It is extremely sour and not at all enjoyable. So that one went back in the fridge. I proceeded on opening up the next flavour: Fuji Apple Pear. This flavour is also extremely sour I am tempted to add sugar to it so that i may be able to drink it. Apart from being sour the flavour is mild enough that it is not overbearing. And if it were a bit sweeter i would love this flavour. There is now one more flavour left, I cautiously open the last bottle, hopeing it will taste better than the others. We have a winner! The last flavor is Strawberry Lemonade. It is not at all sour and the strawberry tastes like I have just ate a actual strawberry. It is absolutly delicious. I would highly reccomend this product to others. The first two were a bit sour so not very enjoyable but the last one the strawberry is sooo yummy. I would definatly buy this . -

Among the many wonderful things about Live Clean moisturizing body lotion: it is 98% plant derived, paraben and phthalate free, pure vegan, and biodegradable right down to the packaging.
I didn’t immediately love this lotion, because it takes a while to rub it into your skin. It seems white on your skin for a while, but it absorbs pretty quickly if you give it a second. Once you give it a few days, it works amazingly. After 2-3 days, my skin was amazingly soft, and hydrated, even though it was -20 with blistering wind outside.
Live Clean (Sensitive Skin) Fragrance Free Body Lotion is enriched with vitamins A&E;, as well as chamomile (to soothe sensitive skin), and white tea. It has a very mild scent, lighter than most other fragrance free lotions.
Live Clean (Fresh Water) Moisturizing Body Lotion is enriched with rosemary and chamomile. It also contains my favourite ingredient ever, hyaluronate, which draws water from the atmosphere into your skin. The scent isn’t my favourite. It’s probably meant to smell green and fresh, but comes off a little too strong and manufactured. The lotion works amazingly though, so the smell isn’t too much of a deterrent.
It’s available at some drugstores and grocery stores across Canada, and retails for about $7 at Shoppers Drug Mart.

This is the most luxurious scrub that I have ever used. It literally feels as if they took L’Occitane’s Ultra Rich Body Cream and blended some scrubby bits in there. The scrub sits like butter in your hands, and once you emulsify it, you can rub it easily all over your skin. Formulated with 5% shea butter and wheat germ oil, this works to moisturize as it gets rid of flaky dry skin.
After scrubbing to my heart’s content, I pretty much felt as if I didn’t need to moisturize – my skin felt that good.
Get this at your local L’Occitane store for $38 – it is a winter must-have.

New this year to drugstore shelves is the CoverGirl Natureluxe line which includes a foundation and a gloss balm. The products claim to have natural extracts, and the balm at least, does actually contain natural moisturizers such as shea butter!
The gloss balm comes in a clear version and several colours. Since this is a balm, the coverage is sheer and very pretty. I’ve been using this for the past few weeks, and the balm provides immediate relief to dry lips. I prefer the tinted versions because I can use them instead of lipstick or a regular gloss. My favourite colour is Grenache, which is a sheer neutral pink that is perfect for daily use.
The balm also has SPF 15 which means it is perfect for using on sunny days, whether you’re on the beach or the ski slope.
You can purchase the Natureluxe gloss balm at your local drugstore where it retails for about $8.50.
I am expecting for CoverGirl to add more to this line later this year, but no news on that yet!

when I found out that The Body Shop’s new line of products was totally silicone free, I had some inhibitions when it came to trying the products. My hair is super curly, so most of the time, it needs the extra conditioning that silicone provides. But, I do love all things Body Shop, so I gave the products a try, and I was super impressed! All I can say is that this one of the few silicone free shampoos and conditioners where I didn’t miss the silicone. I used the Radiance range to maintain my coloured hair, and after a week of using the shampoo and conditioner, I actually had to check the label to make sure that it was in fact silicone free! One of the active ingredients in these products is Pracaxi oil which gives your hair shine but is build-up free so that your hair doesn’t look dull or damaged after a few uses. I wouldn’t have believed that it does the job, if I hadn’t been using the products myself, but they are indeed so well made and do exactly what they say.You can also get the Rainforest Balance products for oily hair, the Rainforest Shine collection for normal hair, and the the Moisture collection for dry hair.
Everything is reasonably priced – 250 mL for each bottle of the shampoos and conditioners is just $15, which is cheaper than salon hair products.
The entire line is in Body Shop stores already.
