I've been using this balm on my 3-year-old son, who has eczema-prone skin, and it has notably reduced redness, particularly on his cheeks. However, the downside is the size-to-price ratio. At just 48g for $30.97, it falls on the pricey side of the spectrum. While it's undoubtedly effective, there are more budget-friendly options available that yield similar results. Regrettably, due to the cost, I won't be repurchasing this product. -

This product lives up to its promise of being gentle yet effective. The texture of this exfoliator is milky and light, making it a perfect match for my sensitive dry skin. It is a chemical PHA (polyhydroxy acid) exfoliator, meaning it is free of abrasive particles that can irritate sensitive skin. While the label states it is gentle enough for daily use, I prefer using it 2-3 times a week on damp skin, followed by a generous application of moisturizing cream. My skin feels noticeably soft and moisturized after applying this exfoliator. For those with clear skin looking to unclog pores, this exfoliator could be a gem. However, if you have acne-prone, oily skin, it might not provide the deep cleansing you need.
In conclusion, the AVEENO® Calm + Restore Nourishing PHA Exfoliator worked well for me, and I will likely purchase it again.
