Like so many others have written, Revive charged me despite my account being paused and not long enough after my last shipment to send another box regardless. This is after receiving two boxes completely melted before getting one I could actually use. Customer service promised to cancel and then changed their mind and refused even though I disputed it immediately after they overdrew my bank account. They know they’re in the wrong and delete all negative reviews and comments off social media every morning, all with the same issues. Shame on Revive.    -
