A purchased this Chi almost three years ago now and I love it! I use it almost daily and it straightens my naturally curly hair wonderfully!! I have recommended this to several friends who have hard to straighten hair and they love it as well. I like the thinness of my Chi - I can section my hair and straighten hard to reach spots. As a curler it works wonders. I use some hair product and then curl sectioned pieces. The curls stay and give a different look to my natural curls. Love it and I would highly recommend to someone new to hair straighteners. Its it worth the extra penny you spend - and you won't have to worry about it breaking like cheaper brands.
