I really like this disc because it is easy to use. The material is soft and most importantly it does the job perfectly. It is a bit hard to start using it, because it is not a typical cup and it has to be inserted deeper inside. But once you overcome these first steps, it is the best cup in the world because you can't feel it at all.    -
