This is a really good starter if you're switching from antiperspirant or regular deodorant to natural. I used the detox program and the results were great. You do have to wait it out for a bit (the detox process gave me some underarm acne, I smelled at times), but after about 3-4 weeks you are back to normal. I loved this scent to begin with but I've found over time I'm not loving it anymore. I feel like I'm smelling BO through it, but I'm going to try out another scent and if I still find that I can smell myself I may switch brands. But if you're starting a detoxification from regular deoderant/antiperspirant I definitely recommend, it just may not be a long term choice for everyone. I do love this brand and they are very clear on what to expect and how to prepare for the detoxification on their website. Hoping the change in scent will help me! -

Kashi is one of the only granola bars that I can eat where I actually feel like what I'm eating is good for me. So many granola bars are so full of sugars and leave me feeling as though I may as well have eaten a chocolate bar, but these have delicious pieces of dark chocolate and way less sugar and syrupy fillers that you find in most granola bars. -

Literally OBSESSED with this serum! What was I doing before it? Been using it for a couple of weeks, AM and PM daily (I also use The Ordinary Lactic Acid 5% + HA 2% in the PM) and I already have seen such a difference! My skin is softer and more hydrated (which is a MAJOR issue for me). My complexion is looking much more even, I usually feel like I need foundation but over the past week or so I have felt SO confident in my skin. Plus, it's $15. It is probably the best thing I've ever spent $15 on.
Recommended 100%, I have combo skin and it targets my dry spots without leaving my T-zone feeling greasy.

I originally got these as an alternative to the super overpriced activated charcoal teeth whiteners that are big right now. And not only has it whitened my teeth, but it is my go-to toothpaste (or... tab) now! Much more affordable than the "carbon coco"s of the world, and it seems to do the same job (though I've never tried the carbon cocos, etc.). Plus there are a lot of tabs so you get more bang for your buck (even longer than a tube lasts me). My teeth and gums feel even better than when I use conventional toothpaste, and I know that what I'm using is natural, cruelty-free and has no weird chemicals in it. It definitely takes a little bit of getting used to, but the flavour grows on you, and the texture is only weird for a few days.
Tip: Crush the tab with your front teeth instead of your molars. This tip was given to me by a Lush employee when I was buying these, he said it tends to get pasty and all stuck in your molars if you crush it back there and it makes it harder to work with. I find when I crush it with my front teeth it very quickly mixes with the water from my toothbrush and makes it easy to brush with.

I'm in the process of testing out as many brands of natural deodorant as I can, and so far this one is a strong contender. It is a bit sticky in texture, which you get used to pretty quickly, and the smell is OK. It's a little on the sweet side for me. But in relation to other natural deodorants I've tried, I like that this one has a scent that is generally pleasant and actually lasts a while. It's not perfect, but I haven't felt much of a need to reapply while wearing this on an average day like I have with other brands I've tried (and I tend to sweat more than the average person). I've yet to put it to the gym test though, but I'm excited to see how it stands up! -
