Aveeno Baby Soothing Relief Diaper Rash Cream
I find this works best for severe rashes because of the thickness of the paste. I still prefer more natural oitments for the minor rashes but this is definitely my go to rash cream for the serious rash.

Kellogg's Froot Loops
I haven't eaten fruit loops since I was a child, now that I have a two year old, I have started eating fruit loops again...still good with milk and now with less artificial coloring. Not as healthy as Cheerios but a lot easier to convince my son to... +

Kasha dark chocolate almond and sea salt with chia
I am a big fan of Kind Bars but find them very expensive, the Kashi bar is a good alternative but tastes more like a granola bar compared to kind bars. Still better than other similar bars but not a complete replacement for Kind bars
