I was so excited to try a coffee alternative! I made my first cup at work while working a red eye flight. I usually end up drinking a lot of regular coffee and tea while working, so I was hoping this would help me cut down a bit in caffeine so I can be less reliant on it! It smelled great when I first opened it, but then I made it black…. That did bot go over well. It was tangy and strange. Then I added milk and sugar, it was so weird, like magic is actually tasted like instant coffee. I didn’t mind it. I made cups for several other crew members! It had mixed reviews amongst the crew. Some loved it, some did not. I think a flavoured version would taste probably more palatable for me. But I was so happy to try an alternative.

I am so grateful for this natural defence! My son calls it the frog army! Both kids go to daycare (age 2 and 4) and are home weekly with colds. We had some runny noses last week and it never progressed for him further than a runny nose! Usually it goes to a full blown cold. Every morning he has been taking the Helixia natural defence and nothing more has happened!! I’m not calling it a miracle, but daycare parents know the challenges! And if it doesn’t progress worse than a runny nose….. hallelujah!! The taste was good for a 4 year old and easy to give. 10/10 recommend! -

So happy to try waterwipes! I have been that mom that has been using the diaper wipes for literally everything beyond diapers. I would reach for the other wipes when they had runny noses or dirty hands and it always had that weird diaper wipe smell to them. These literally smell like nothing and it makes me so happy. And my kids will use them on their faces and hands without a struggle. Definitely a game changer for all the parents out there.

It does say it takes four weeks to see full beneficial effects however I have taken cranberry supplements before in the past I excited that this has more milligrams per serving. I often get UTIs so I will try anything to help prevent them really hopeful that this will help along the way after having kids, it seems to have gotten so much worse. So I’m grateful to try something a little different. -

I recieved the colour #13 light medium cool olive. It looked like the wrong shade at first on my hand (which we all know it NOT how we colour match) on my face it was perfect! It blended so beautifully, it's lightweight formula was perfect for buildability and felt like I literally had nothing on. I gave it the hardest test I could think of, I took it to Japan with me and wore it all day in the plus 28° weather!! It stayed perfectly all day! I cannot wait for flawless skin all summer! I usually cannot stand foundation in the summer months, but I think I might be swayed with this one! Love, love, love.
