I was down on myself about my weight gain and was willing to try anything to boost my diet and exercise routine. Taking this stuff upset my stomach horribly and repeated all day long. I tried to persevere, hoping the benefit would outweigh the discomfort. However, after a month there was no obvious impact. I had lost some weight but it was to be expected dieting and exercising. But there was no added boost to my weight loss. In fact, I lost more weight the following month when I got off it. -

He was always a bar of soap guy and always complains of dry skin and scalp. Since I started buying this product he has stopped complaining. -

I take it every morning in my drink or smoothie. It did not take too long to feel the positive effects. My knees and other parts of my body feel great. I can walk up and down the stairs without thinking about any discomfort. As an added bonus, my husband looked at me one day and told me he thought I looked younger! This will be a permanent part of my life. -
