Special K Nourish - Dark Chocolate Chunks & Almonds
This is a really delicious bar. If you crave chocolate bars but want something a bit more healthier, than this would be great! It has a lot of chocolate chunks and almond pieces. It is very tasty and filling. Great with a coffee too.

These are always on sale at the grocery store. A plain bagel is always good because you can use it for anything. Make it savory as a sandwich or sweet with peanut butter or jam. It toasts up really nicely too.

This is a really nice coffee. It does have a fresh medium bodied flavour. Just 2 scoops of coffee and I always brew the perfect cup. Great black or with some milk.

These are great! I got a mixed kit with 5 different flavours. The ranch flavour is subtle but still really nice. It is great to add to a salad. I will be buying more of these for sure.

These are great crackers! I like that they are thin so I can not over endulge. They are great to eat with cheese, meat, peanut butter, or just on their own. I am definetly going to buy more.

Belvita Crunchy Breakfast Biscuits
I got these in a sample pack, so I am not too sure how they come packaged in the store. This came with 4 cereal bars. They have a nice oaty taste. I little dry, but still good with a coffee or a tea. I found eating just 2 was enough for me.
