I used this with my first child who is now almost 3 years old. I chose this over putting him on milk which my sister has a son the same age. She put him on milk. I truly believe my son benefited immensely from this toddler drink, he is incredibly smart and I feel so much better about not putting all those hormones from milk into his little body. I now have a 1 year old daughter who I have transitioned to this same toddler drink and I will faithfully follow the same with her. I recommend this to ALL parents of toddlers. All the good from milk, none of the bad, and then added daily nutritional value! -
