I applied it for 5-10 minutes on clean face, and it does the job. I just find it will stick to my face more than the other brand, but I washed my face with lukewarm face towel and did the job. Very effective for removing dry skin, especially this dry winter. Definitely a must for those who need an affordable mask to clear up the face.
And the smell.....................heavenly!
A must for your beauty routine.

GoodLife Fitness
i've joined goodlife in nov. 2011 with my neighbor. we always visited walkley road in ottawa. staff are great, and place is big enough. Manager Jay is always helpful, assist us when friends come over to try a class. group fitness is great. my top 3... +

group fitness is great. my top 3 is body combat, zumba and body attack.
the one in st. laurent is also good, just bit further for me. the fit classes has more choices and they also have a pool...so yeah for aqua zumba.
I visited Rideau and PLEASE bring your own towel. They do not provide it, you have to purchase it for $4. Yikes.
The staff is hit and miss, sometimes you get the friendly ones, sometimes you get the "nevermind!".
Group Classes need to be revamp - nothing good from friday to weekend.
I've visited Baseline, Roydon, and Barrhaven too. No complains.
Overall, the money you pay for is worth it. You can visit any Goodlife and workout there, so there is no reason you miss the gym, unless you don't go to the grocery. Every big Loblaws has a goodlife.

I have positive experience with the product:
The scent is mild- and lemon grass is an exotic herb. I am a gardener and this scent is nice, soothing and refreshing in the morning.
- the morning shine in my face is gone, gentle and feels clean.
- the packaging is easy squirt, and it does not clog.
- will definitely buy again.
I think it was $9.99 before the sale, so I might come back and stock up on these. I want to try the other flavors too.

Here is what I like about it:
- small and compact - can be hidden in small space under your counter.
- has simple 3 buttons- one for seal, one for vacuum and seal, and two red and green indicator buttons
- it has locking mechanism on both sides - left and right - once it "clicked in place'" you don't have to hold - the bag, just press seal, red light went on. Once it is off - its done in 60 seconds. Fast sealing
- it can also re-seal your chips and you can make bags for freezer
What I "do not like" about it:
- For a piece of crap, it is above $100 from the company website
- the vacuum seal stop working in the first 3 months, it was "hit and miss" when i got it. And no way of fixing it
the bags are expensive, if anyone can do a math , it maybe expensive than saving
- what i use for it now is just to seal anything - prevent my produce from being spoiled and that is a very expensive sealer.
- I've read reviews, you are out of luck once the vacuum function is gone, it does not have part to replace it, and all you have left is a sealer.
The " seal function" works great, and I am becoming an expert of sealing items in the kitchen.
With this gadget, the higher end models are better, there was a non-food saver brand that works great too. Just look around before buying. Definitely avoid this one if you are after for the "vacuum fucntion".
If you want a fancy looker food sealer, with locking mechanism, one hand touch seal, buy this one. I won't!

The cute jars too can be re-use. I re-use them as ring keeper, earrings, bracelets. I also put some cotton balls in it.
Or cute enough to organize beads and other trinklets.
Texture: just right, it feels thick, but not so. spreads evenly. mild scent too, which I ove.
I don't really have a dry skin, I have normal to oily. However, I have this habit of using face mask, then scrub my face, over and over again. As a result, I would end up having a dry face for the day.
This Ponds Dry skin Cream rescue me from eternal flakes of skin. It does wonders, and restore whatever oil I washed up. For the whole day, it does the magic.
Definitely A plus.

PEAK PERFORMANCE MIDLAYER PANTS
This pants look like an ordinary yoga pants, but it is more than that. It is marketed as a high end midlayer for skiing.
My friend bought this for me, originally marked as 199, on sale for $129 at running room in bank/slater.
The fitting is perfect for me, it hugged my hips nicely and the flow of movement is A .
Durable: Yes, this was given to me 2002, and now it is 2012. Ten years, and no rips, no tears, the capacity to warm me up on cold skiing days is awesome.
This pants have been worn for various other activities: Body Combat classes at Goodlife, running on winter, yoga, running on treadmill, midlayer for ski.
The logo paint started to chipped, after 10 years which is very minor.
The fabric is not a cat hair magnet, unlike my cheap ones. It also did not strecth as it still fits
The color did not fade too much considering this is 10 years old.
I will definitely buy again any Peak Performance products.

Mine has a pure black underlining on the waistline.
I'd say the durability is compared to Canadian Made Pants by MEC.
Worth every penny of what you spend for.

I color my hair once every two months to cover the white and gray hair.

Overall Experience: I have use the repair masked in conjunction with the shampoo. It started slow, a lot of frizz on the first few uses. This happens to me every time I changed to a new brand of shampoo and conditioner, so this does not deter me.
The instructions said: apply after toweled dry hair. Nope, did not have time to get out of bath and towel dry, so I end up applying masque after shampoo. It did well, but not as effective as letting it stay for about 5-10 minutes.
Another trial of mine, I actually went out of my bath, towel dry, apply masque, then went down to change diaper to my toddlers. When I came upstairs to wash it off, the results were amazing after blow dry.
So, from then on, I let it stay longer than 2 minutes, and the results were fabulous.
Ease of use - The Intense Repair masque is in the jar and very easy to use. At the time of review, I have use over 2/3 of the jar, and very satisfied with the results. I will buy another jar personally.
Texture - Just right consistency for a conditioner/masque. I recommend Loreal stick to this mix, its easy to hold and does not do a drippity do!
Scent - love the scent, mild enough, and sexy, but not overwhelming.
Packaging - please keep this in a jar please.
Changes to your hair: improved body, bounce and the frizz started to decline at week 2.
I like my hair down all the time, and it is really nice feeling that the strands are more relax as opposed to those "medusa style" revolting hair strands.
Smoothness- it has improve the smoothness factor for sure. I do Zumba & Body Combat at Goodlife, and after these intense class, you can see your hair drench in sweat and oils. Shampoo plus masque fix it, but again...as I said leave the masque longer than 2 minutes. Probably depending on your hair volume too.
Mine is thick and long...it needs more time to do its magic.
Moisture level - it rinses oils, but leave enough to have that healthy appearance.
Compare to other products you tried in the past? This Masque is a keeper and I will buy another jar for myself.
Would you consider purchasing these products in the future and recommend to friends? Yes, it works for me. Friends with same hair texture and thickness as mine can definitely benifit with this product.
RECOMMENDATION: For the masque, leave it on for more than 2- 3 minutes if you have longer hair. Massage your scalp evenly, then do something else. At one point, I leave it for about 30 minutes, put a shower cap on, cook some breakfast for the kids, and wash it. Results were amazing after blow dry.
Note: my first use was so-so, and I end up using frizz control oil after blow drying. Subsequently uses eliminate need for frizz control oil.
Give it a try, vary the time you leave it on depending on your hair thickness.
PICTURE ( Day 1. A picture of my hair prior to blow drying - see the " medusa style" hair strands revolting on me) . From these days, I tried to leave masque longer, and Medusa faded away.
