I really don't enjoy drinking water and I've stopped drinking sodas. Hydrant is perfect for on the go. Just mix one packet in 8-16 ounces of water! I like that it provides caffeine, electrolytes and tastes great! It also doesn't contain any artificial sweeteners. It comes in several different flavors.    -
