This toothpaste has some great qualities. As a smoker I notice that my teeth can get stained very quickly, but after I first time used this toothpaste I noticed a difference in the color, at the end of the first 14 days, I did notice a real improvement in the color about one shade whiter. It really leaves your whole feeling fresh as well.    -
